Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Auvra Diamonds, all our products are custom-made and crafted specially based on the customer’s selected size, design, and specifications.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled as the manufacturing process begins immediately. Since each piece is made specifically for the customer, cancellations are not possible under any circumstances after order confirmation.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on custom-made or personalized products.
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:

If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

If the wrong product is delivered.
In such cases, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos for verification.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only applicable in case of:

Manufacturing defects.

Incorrect product delivered.
No exchange or refund will be provided for:

Change of mind.

Incorrect size chosen by the customer.

Delays caused by logistics partners.

By placing an order on Auvra Diamonds, the customer agrees to all the above terms and understands that custom-made jewelry cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.
